There is also a brand new walk in pantry and mudroom at the door to drop all of your belongings when you come in.
Enjoy the outdoor fireplace in the more than tranquil atmosphere. No HOA and no close neighbors.
Rent is $3000 a month with a $3000 deposit. You would have to take care of electricity, water, trash and yard.
