I'm looking for a roommate to share the lease with at my current apartment. My current roommate ending up losing his job this week (08/28/25) which is why he is planning on moving out and is why I'm looking for a new roommate right now. This... apartment is at the Bethany Village complex which about a 14 minute drive (7 miles) to the UNG Dahlonega campus (near The Home Depot and Publix). My lease is up for renewal on August 1st 2026. The rent is $670 per person plus utilities -> (internet and electricity) which are +$50(internet) and +$80(electricity)(on average) per person per month.
