Rent is $1,550/month and includes electricity and internet. Cabin is on a septic system and shared well, no water/sewer fees. A refundable security deposit of $1,550 is required. Trash pickup is $25/month.
Occupancy is limited to approved applicants listed on the lease and must be 25 or older; children up to age 17 are allowed, all occupants 18+ must complete an application, including a background and credit check.
This cozy 2 bed/2 bath cabin is fully furnished. It features a primary bedroom with a king bed and a second loft-style bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom. The loft has vaulted ceilings—making it a comfortable and fully functional living space.
The home also offers a cozy living area with a fireplace and smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a new LG refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A laundry closet with washer and dryer is available for tenant use.
