This convenient 2 bedroom, 1 (jack-and-jill) bathroom unit is situated on Prince Avenue in Winfield Chase, directly across from the UGA Health Services Center and near the Athens bypass. Move in date August 1st. You will find luxury vinyl flooring... throughout, including in the living room, which opens to a private patio—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and also feature luxury vinyl flooring. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a built-in microwave, ample storage space, and luxury vinyl flooring as well.
Utilities include gas and electric. Pets are allowed with management approval and a $350 non-refundable pet fee (per pet). As apart of Winfield Chase you will also have access to the community pool!
Rental requirements: a minimum credit score of 600, verifiable income at least 3x the monthly rent, positive rental history (past and current), and a clean background and eviction check. Everyone 18 and older must submit an application and be approved.
