Move-in requires the first month's rent $1500, Prorated Partial Month's Rent (if applicable) at $50/day, and a Security Deposit of $1500. All occupants 18 years of age or older must complete the application and pay $75 non-refundable application fee. Must pass criminal background and credit checks. Current employers will be contacted for verification of employment and income and, if applicable, current landlords will be contacted for rental history.
