All-Inclusive Townhouse in Dahlonega! Mature Students Welcome
This beautiful, newly built, and well-appointed townhouse in Dahlonega has room for 3 or 4 tenants starting June 1st. The property is in a quiet and beautiful *NEW* neighborhood (Mountain Park) about 1 mile from UNG campus off S. Chestatee Street....
The main level is fully furnished with couch, coffee table, entry table, lamps, kitchen table and chairs, rugs, huge pantry, large fridge, and a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and cutlery.
The upstairs rooms can accommodate 3-4 students. Two bedrooms are for 1 student each (fits a queen sized bed!) and they share a nice-sized bathroom with 2 sinks. Shower curtain, bath mats, and medicine cabinet are there. Everything is very clean and well-maintained.
The larger primary suite can accommodate 1- 2 students (second student adds $300 to the rent). There is currently one Queen bed and night table available for that room. This room is LARGE - can handle two beds, two dressers, and two desks. Plus it has a huge bathroom with separate tub and shower, double sinks, and a huge closet - plenty of room for 2 people.
AVAILABLE: The last space is on the lower floor and is a fully independent 1 BR/1BA "apartment" with it's own private entrance as well as stairway from main house entrance. It is fully furnished (full sized bed - new mattress, couch, end tables, dining set with 2 chairs, floor rugs, floor lamps, and art) has it's own refrigerator, water heater, kitchenette with toaster-oven, induction stovetop, microwave oven, some basic kitchen items (pot/pan for stovetop). Open floor plan with 9' ceilings, barn-door between living room and en-suite bathroom, independent mini-split system for heat and AC, ceiling fan, storage closet, bedroom closet with built-in closet system. This entire lower floor (about 600' sq.) was recently built out and it is gorgeous, quiet, and private. Access to the top level for use of the washing machine & dryer. Bathroom includes a shower/tub with beautiful tiled walls and floor, bathmats, shower curtain, fixtures – everything is move-in ready. Kitchenette features beautiful Italian tiles, sink, and cabinetry. There is an extra rolling kitchen cart for more storage and surface space.
This space is not included in the rent noted. It is not part of this lease - however it there is someone extra who wants to rent with an existing group - open to discussion.
