The basement also has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room with washer and dryer and was renovated 3/2023. Rooms rent for $400/month. Fully furnished common areas including kitchenware, tableware, and utensils. Some bedrooms are furnished and others are not.

I have 2 rooms available for summer only June 1 - July 31 in the brick house - 50% off rent. One room on the main floor in the brick house will be available on June 1.
