The main floor of the house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Rooms rent from $425-$450/mo. The basement also has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room with washer and dryer and was renovated 3/2023. Rooms rent for $400/month. Fully furnished common areas including kitchenware, tableware, and utensils. Some bedrooms are furnished and others are not.
The manufactured home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen and dining room are both furnished with a table and the kitchen includes kitchenware, tableware, and utensils. The bedrooms are unfurnished. The master bedroom, when available, rents for $550/mo for one girl. It is the only room allowed to have two girls sharing the room at $300/mo each. The other 3 rooms rent for $450/mo.

Three rooms will be available on 1/1/2026. Four other leases are coming up for renewal at the end of December, and I'm unsure at this time whether they will be renewed or not.
